Refinancing Checklist
If you are refinancing:
- You will need to bring a certified check or bank check made payable to Chicago Title Agency for an amount over $1000 if you are bringing funds to the closing. The exact amount you will need at closing may not be available until several hours prior to closing. Chicago Title Agency will contact you as soon as the exact figure is available.
- Your Picture Identification (i.e.; State Issued Drivers License)
